Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior / Manager Human Resource to lead strategic HR and functions that drive organisational performance and employee development. This role is pivotal in shaping our people agenda and enhancing our organisational capabilities, with responsibilities that span performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development.

 

This position reports directly to the Director for HR & Corporate Affairs and plays a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals, ensuring the company remains competitive, compliant, and a great place to work

Responsibilities

Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition (Exempt positions)

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for all levels of Exempt positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Conduct workforce planning, skills gap analysis, and talent segmentation
  • Partner with business units on job redesign and headcount optimisation strategies

 

Performance Management

  • Lead and manage the annual performance appraisal exercise across the organisation
  • Design, review, and enhance performance appraisal tools and frameworks to ensure relevance and fairness
  • Provide training and support to managers on performance management best practices

 

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Develop and maintain robust job grading and salary structures
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking of salaries and benefits
  • Prepare and present annual compensation review proposals, aligned with business performance and market trends
  • Support incentive and equity plan design and job evaluations
  • Monitor off-cycle promotions and internal equity practices

 

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Conduct training needs analysis across all departments
  • Formulate and execute the annual learning and development plan
  • Design or co-design training courses and interventions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and/or external providers

 

Organisational Development & Change

  • Support organisational design, structure reviews, and transformation initiatives
  • Manage change capability programmes and conduct organisation climate surveys

 

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Design and implement engagement strategies, employee surveys, and recognition frameworks
  • Analyse feedback and work with leadership to improve employee experience touchpoints

 

HR Governance & Policy Development

  • Support the review, development, and updating of HR policies in line with regulatory changes and internal priorities

 

HR Analytics & Insights

  • Provide workforce planning insights using predictive analytics and HR dashboards
  • Prepare HR-related reports for leadership decision-making and strategic reviews

 

Internal & Corporate Communications

  • Craft and deliver key HR and corporate messages to employees through appropriate channels
  • Partner with the leadership to drive communications that promote engagement, alignment, and trust

 

Special Projects

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects, including change management, organisational transformation, or technology implementations
  • Act as HR lead on strategic initiatives requiring multi-stakeholder collaboration

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or professional HR certifications would be an advantage
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in the development and implementation of performance management, C&B, and L&D frameworks
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR compliance
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive organisational change
  • Able to manage a wide HR scope independently in a dynamic, lean team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and solving client-related issues
  • Demonstrates a dynamic and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint to design and deliver persuasive presentations

The Data & AI Engineer is responsible for supporting the review, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of database security, operational dashboards, and AI-driven scheduling solutions within the Technology Department.

Responsibilities

  • Review all relevant databases, identify potential security risks, document findings, and recommend suitable security implementation measures for approval by the reporting manager
  • Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Metabase dashboards to provide live visibility of print orders, production progress, fulfilment status, shipment status, exceptions, and operational bottlenecks
  • Work with users to understand data requirements, define dashboard metrics, validate data sources, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and useful for operational decision-making
  • Assist in developing, training, testing, and improving the AI scheduling platform by using historical data, real-time data, scheduling rules, and user feedback to improve recommendation accuracy over time
  • Support the implementation of scheduling recommendations and autonomous scheduling decisions only within approved parameters, escalation rules, and authorisation limits set by management
  • Maintain proper documentation of database reviews, dashboard logic, AI model changes, testing results, user requirements, issue logs, and improvement actions to support ISO and internal audit requirements
  • Escalate security risks, system issues, data quality concerns, unauthorised access concerns, and operational exceptions promptly to the reporting manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures, SQL queries, data integrity, access control, user permissions, backup considerations, and common database security concepts
  • Knowledge of dashboard development, data visualisation, reporting logic, operational metrics, and business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
  • Knowledge of machine learning, AI model training concepts, optimisation logic, data pipelines, predictive recommendations, and the use of historical and real-time data to support scheduling decisions
  • Proficient in using AI tools, particularly in Claude code

Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory quantities
  • Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date
  • Reconcile physical stock with system records

Stock Control

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock

System Maintenance

  • Update inventory data in WMS or inventory management systems

Coordination and Communication

Compliance and Quality Control

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with the Business Development team to manage incoming orders and ensure all job instructions are complete, accurate, and clearly communicated

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily routines duties in operating Digital Printing Machines and/or Binding Machines
  • To continuing improve the productivity of the printers or finishing machines mentioned by reducing the down time on change over & trouble-shooting and etc
  • To perform basic troubleshooting and carry out basic maintenance on the printers and finishing machines
  • Control wastage, and ensure production quantity and quality
  • To ensure proper line clearance upon completion of jobs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in fast-paced enviroment.
  • Able to perform tasks that may involve reptitive motions.

  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (2 weeks day shift, followed by 2 weeks night shift.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on automated equipment
  • Assist in the troubleshooting of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) equipment and control systems
  • Assist in repair works of plant, equipment, and facilities

  • Conduct inspections, checks and minor repair work that are building related such as floor demarcation, patching and partition works
  •  Attend to user complaints and carry out minor repairs
  •  Attend to external contractors during major repairs and installation work as well as provide assistance as required
  •  Ensure work done by external contractors are completed as per requirements and in a timely manner
  •  Assist in all building contractual works such as pest control, lift servicing, landscaping etc
  •  Assist external contractors in the preventive maintenance of all facilities such as cooling tower, air compressor, fire alarm system
  •  Ensure work done by external contractors are completed as per requirements and in a timely manner
  •  Carry out tasks as assigned by management
  •  To comply with the requirement set in Quality Management System; FSC COC Management System; Environmental, Health & Safety Management System, and any   other management systems deem related to this industry. Assist in repair works of plant, equipment

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering and Facilities management
  • ITE Higher Nitec/Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal parties and external vendors

Responsibilities

Print Production Technician

Responsibilities

  • Identify and retrieval of raw materials (paper, ink, chemical, consumables, etc)
  • Understand Material Safety Data Sheet to ensure proper & safe handling and usage of chemicals
  • Record the data on the daily Job Completion report and identify the printed sheets by label/tag the pallet with job completed and quality control card.
  • Interpretation of work instructions with standard procedures
  • Operations Functions including paper loading, machine setup, air-setting and adjustments, spray powder unit setup, understanding of single vs. multi-colour printing, use of densitometer and arrangment and recording of finished work
  • Machine maintenance
  • Proper handling and storage of used materials
  • Ensure work safety and good housekeeping
  • Knowledge of quality
  • Feedback and update to Supervisor or Operations Executive on problems
  • To carry out tasks assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in offset printing.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an Assistant Printer or in similar capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in operating or assisting with offset printing processess.
  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (2 weeks day shift, followed by 2 weeks night shift).

Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for picking / packing accuracy & timeliness.
  • Perform system transaction for stock movement in FG1.
  • Take part in Cycle Count to achieve stock accuracy.
  • Daily Housekeeping to maintain the warehouse in good condition.
  • Prepare the cargo in exportable condition.
  • Ensure material-handling equipment is maintained in working condition.
  • Issuance and receipt of stocks.
  • Un-stuffing and stuffing of containers.
  • Expedite goods out from production to meet delivery schedule.
  • Liaise with transport contractor on delivery arrangement to meet customer requirement.
  • To ensure safety rules and regulation are adhered.
  • To carry out tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary Levels/ITE qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing, store operations or related role.
  • Experience in operating VNA or forklift.
  • Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory data entry.
  • Collaboration is often necessary in a warehouse environment, ad associates typically work in teams to fulfil orders, pack shipments and maintain inventroy.
  • Able to understand and communicate in English.
