Responsibilities

  • Design and optimise business processes using industrial engineering methodologies; monitor performance, conduct root cause and performance analyses, and identify process gaps against industry best practices
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects that support the company’s strategic objectives and drive operational excellence
  • Oversee cross-functional and cross-organisational project teams to design, implement, and roll out innovative technologies and process solutions that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue
  • Identify and drive improvement opportunities through process reviews, automation, process mining, digitalisation, and the implementation of best practices across the organisation
  • Engage in process re-engineering to streamline end-to-end workflows and improve the new customer onboarding experience
  • Maintain and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures and operations manuals
  • Prepare and present reports on project management progress and process improvement outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and support the development and execution of cross-functional initiatives
  • Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration across departments to support successful project implementation and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and solutions

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • PMP Certification (mandatory): Demonstrates formal training and mastery of project management standards and methodologies
  • Scrum Master Certification (preferred): Agile experience is a strong advantage, particularly within dynamic, cross-functional teams

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years' experience in business process management or supply chain operations, with a proven track record of delivering process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, including full project lifecycle leadership, stakeholder engagement, accountability, and risk mitigation
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the implementation of supply chain systems and processes
  • Minimum 3 years’ practical application of industrial engineering techniques in business process redesign or operational excellence programmes
  • Practical understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations, including 

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Proven subject matter expertise in supply chain management, including end-to-end process analysis and optimisation
  • Deep understanding of industrial engineering principles, including:
    • Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools (e.g. Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma)
    • Time-motion studies for performance evaluation
    • Capacity planning and resource optimisation
    • Systems thinking and process redesign
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred; familiarity with structured methodologies that drive process improvement and operational excellence
  • Skilled in identifying cost-savings and improvement opportunities using tools such as value stream mapping, process simulation, Six Sigma, and work standardisation

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the senior management team to define and execute the company’s overall purchasing strategy, including materials demand forecasting and cost estimation
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes that support business objectives, ensuring alignment with operational requirements for price, quality, and delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Purchasing Management with 10 years of experience or Diploma with 15 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management
  • Proven experience in development of strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, vendor management, negotiation, project management and/or cost and price analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholders and build client relationships

  • Conduct competitive price comparisons and benchmarking across industry offerings to ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and profitable

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and solving client-related issue
  • Experience as an Estimator will be advantageous
  • Demonstrates a dynamic and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint to design and deliver persuasive presentations

Responsibilities

  • Continuously assess customer satisfaction levels for assigned accounts through surveys, calls, or meetings. 
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with the products and services provided by gathering regular feedback.
  • Provide support to the immediate manager in meeting customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with various operations departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses to customer needs.
  • Review incoming Purchase Orders (POs) and compare them with quotations to ensure unit prices and specifications match.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies to ensure customer requirements are accurately met.
  • Create job orders for all incoming purchase orders.
  • Ensure all relevant specifications, customer-supplied materials, and unit prices are properly documented before proceeding.
  • Prepare mock-ups, pre-check blueprints, or color proofs for customer approval.
  • Submit these items for customer approval and provide necessary approval slips to proceed with the order.
  • Work alongside the Quality Department to ensure the goods meet the required quality standards before delivery.
  • Ensure close collaboration with the operations team to guarantee that products are delivered on time and according to the established schedule.
  • Handle the preparation of shipping documents, ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or third-party forwarders to facilitate smooth logistics and timely delivery.
  • Prepare accurate and complete invoices for the finance department to ensure proper customer invoicing.
  • Verify all billing details to avoid errors and delays.
  • Create and issue quotations based on customer requirements, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms.
  • Ensure the accuracy of quotations by verifying customer details, product specifications, and unit prices.
  • Negotiate and amend quotations in coordination with sales, operations, and customers to meet their needs while ensuring company profitability.
  • Follow up with customers to address any queries related to quotations and ensure timely decision-making.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by immediate manager, when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE “O” levels qualification or higher.
  • 2 years of work experience in order processing or customer service position will be preferred
  • Familiarity with logistics, shipping documentation and invoicing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated avility in problem-solving and handling customer issues effectively
  • Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in order and invoice processing
  • Able to work independently while being an effective team player. 
  • Good communication skills, including professional email writing.

  • Provide reliable and professional chauffeur services to the Managing Director and his family to various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments and social events
  • Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic conditions and potential roadblocks
  • Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fuelling, and scheduled maintenance
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of all passengers and other road users
  • Manage time effectively to accommodate changes in schedules or last-minute requests
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Managing Director/CEO's personal and professional affairs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience chauffeuring high-level executives or VIPs
  • Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of route planning and familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic patterns
  • Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and handle last-minute requests
  • Willing to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required
  • Pick up and return the vehicle from and to the company’s premises in the western region of Singapore on a daily basis

  • Identify and retrieval of raw materials (paper, ink, chemical, consumables, etc).
  • Understand Material Safety Data Sheet to ensure proper & safe handling and usage of chemicals.
  • Record the data on the daily Job Completion report and identify the printed sheets by label/tag the pallet with job completed and quality control card.
  • Interpretation of work instructions with standard procedures.
  • Operations Functions including paper loading, machine setup, air-setting and adjustments, spray powder unit setup, understanding of single vs. multi-colour printing, use of densitometer and arrangment and recording of finished work.
  • Machine maintenance.
  • Proper handling and storage of used materials.
  • Ensure work safety and good housekeeping.
  • Knowledge of quality.
  • Feedback and update to Supervisor or Operations Executive on problems.
  • To carry out tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in offset printing.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an Assistant Printer or in similar capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in operating or assisting with offset printing processess.
  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (2 weeks day shift, followed by 2 weeks night shift).
