Senior Manager, Supply Chain
To lead and execute the transformation of the supply chain function, building capabilities in supply chain solutions, technology implementation and process/systems improvement
To develop and executes logistics strategies and plans to meet short-term and long-term supply chain management, reducing lead times and lowering unit costs in transportation and distribution
To work closely with Production and Quality Departments to trouble shoot and solve scheduling, production and materials problems to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods that meet customer requirements
To mentor and guide junior member of the team, including hiring, training, evaluating, leading and setting standards/procedures
Degree in Business Study, Supply Chain Management/Logistics or equivalent
Min 5 years experience in supply chain functions
Process-oriented and able to manage compliance procedures effectively
Sound knowledge of all available logistics services and distribution products
Ability to provide analytical and consultative skills and experience for projects
Experience in supporting the development of Supply Chain solutions in supply chain and logistics needs
Assistant Manager, Facilities Maintenance
Plans and supervises the maintenance of essential facilities like elevators, air-conditioning system, exhaust and ventilation system, environmental control equipment, lighting/electrical systems, fire detection and fire fighting system
To manage facility maintenance service vendor such as Pest Control, Landscape, Cleaning and Security in fulfilling their contractual obligations and ensure smooth operation of the buildings
Sets up the Planned Maintenance Program and schedules for all building facilities. Must compile, publish, implement, and measure the planned maintenance plan for all built or installed assets
Liaise with contractors the technical aspect of each project in compliance with legal requirement
Responds to, and resolves problems or complaints/feedbacks raised by building occupants
Establishes corrective and emergency maintenance procedures
To ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
Diploma or Degree Holder of in an Engineering field preferably Mechanical or Electrical
Knowledge of Building Management System, Fire Protection System, Security Access Control and Monitoring System
Self-driven, able to work independent as well as a team player and possess initiative in analyzing problems
Computer literate and good spoken and written English
Possess Electrical Certification will be an advantage
Team Lead / Asst Supervisor
Inbound & outbound
Responsible for meeting shipment lead time and receiving KPI.
Assisting supervisor to lead a team to achieve shipment dateline.
Responsible for Daily outbound activites. (Picking)
Inbound & Return
Responsible for Daily inbound activites. (Receiving)
Putaway & Replenishment
Responsible for Putaway & Repleshiment Task.
Will also support inbound or outbound team if there is down time.
Responsible for Daily Packing activites.
Responsible for Daily sorting activites.
